Letts has had the ball for the past couple of seasons in the centre-forward position and, for a couple of months, his presence has been crucial.
He is still only 26 and could be a player to watch when Tottenham are promoted from the Championship this season.
While Pochettino has shown the ability to get the most out of players, Letts is also an effective ball-winner.
His attacking ability has been very well documented, particularly with the ball in his feet, and he has proven to be an excellent passer.
Pochettino also uses Letts at full-back, a position that has been left open by his recent injuries and a desire to play in a 4-3-3 formation.
In the centre of the park, he is a very good player with a great work ethic and is an intelligent, hard-working player.
With his ability to play on the break, he can also provide crosses for Pochettinos team-mates.
The most important aspect for Letts, as an attacking player, is his ability in the air.
He has scored 15 goals in the Premier League so far, making him the most prolific goal scorer in the division.
Tottenham are currently third in the table with 16 points from 10 games, but they have a chance to go into the second round of the FA Cup as a top side.
